Trust But Verify: The Singularity Edition

The machines are getting very good at sounding finished. That is not the same thing as being right. The first thing you notice about AI agents is how productive they look and how confident they are. They make folders. They write documentation. They generate task plans, benchmarks, dashboards, summaries, implementation notes, experiment logs, and one suspiciously confident file called final_report_v3_revised_ACTUAL_FINAL.md.
